Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted once payment is confirmed.
Returns are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.
Prices & VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown before checkout.
Warranty
Consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with Belgian and EU law. This legal warranty applies only to purchases made for personal use.
The legal warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery, even if such defects only become apparent at a later stage.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, accidents, water damage beyond stated specifications, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Repairs and replacement parts not covered under the legal warranty may be charged to the customer.
This warranty is provided in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights and does not limit or exclude any rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
For warranty claims or questions, consumers must contact us at info@lazarva.com and provide proof of purchase.
Liability
LAZARVA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
