Lazarva – Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period
Consumers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law.
After approval, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in its original condition

Include all original tags, protective films, seals, and packaging

Show no visible signs of use

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a partial refund if the product shows signs of use, scratches, damage, or missing components.
3. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs, import duties, VAT, or customs fees are non-refundable
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Items showing clear signs of use

Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrectly shipped)
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lazarva.com with clear photos of:

The product

The packaging
-
The shipping label
After approval, we will provide return instructions and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different model or color, please contact info@lazarva.com first.
A new order can only be placed once the original return is approved and the product is returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
