Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping destinations

We offer worldwide shipping.

Free shipping is available to:

  • Belgium

  • The Netherlands

  • Germany

  • France

  • Luxembourg

Shipping to other countries is available worldwide and will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery times (indicative)

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Belgium & The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Germany, Luxembourg & France: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and peak periods. Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Shipping costs

  • Free shipping to Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg

  • Shipping costs for all other destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout

Any promotions offering free shipping apply only under the conditions stated at the time of the promotion.


Responsibility & risk

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, in accordance with EU consumer law.


Incorrect or incomplete address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

  • The order will not be reshipped free of charge

  • Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Unclaimed or refused parcels

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Reshipment will be made at the customer’s expense


Customs, VAT & import duties

For shipments outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or other import charges may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • LAZARVA has no control over and does not reimburse these costs
